Following last weeks decision I have created a basic shader that lets me use the textures I make in Substance Designer on my meshes in UE4.


29/03/2017

Created the bits in between the handrail bars. These are 2 dimensional pieces that use a masked double sided material.





30/03/2017

Created a texture used quite a lot throughout the scene. A black and white pattern was drawn using Photoshop, and then taken into Substance Designer for texture creation.

Did some more unwrapping.

Continued with unwrapping and also went back and changed the ceramic tile texture a bit.





01/04/2017

Reverted to a previous lighting setup and started working on a stained glass window shader.





02/04/2017

Did a bit more unwrapping and worked on the stained glass a bit more, the current texture on the window is placeholder.
